As a mother of 4 and a grandchild on the way, I am constantly reminded how fast and large my family is growing. I have enjoyed watching all of my children grow, and get to do it all over again with the grandkids. Nothing can be more delightful and uplifting than the wonder and imagination, smile and laughter of a child. While I have taken many snapshots of my children throughout the years, most of them were destined for only the photo album. Yet my home was decorated with larger, commercially produced artwork. When my youngest child was born, I had realized that I would rather decorate my home with beautiful artwork that featured my own children. And that is how my journey to become a children's portrait artist started.
